Project Management

Professional Project Management leads to more successful projects and higher project quality

Every project deservers special attention

During the whole project life cycle it needs to be vigilantly monitored and corrective actions need to be taken as soon as possible deviations are identified or unwanted outcomes are suspected. At CRMT, we manage projects according to the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), which is standard based (ANSI/PMI 99-001-2004), which ensures added value to every project, and consequently to the client. Project Management increases the quality of the project and allows us to achieve the main goals – a high level of services and customer care.

PROJECT METHODOLOGY

The methodology is an aid to all members of the project team and represents a set of guidelines for the flow of the project. It prescribes the activities and processes for the setup, planning, execution, monitoring and conclusion of projects. Thus the methodology creates a foundation for a systematic approach to project management and orderly execution, monitoring and administration with the aim of achieving high levels of quality and realisation of expected results.

The PMBOK methodology defines 5 groups of processes:

1.    Project setup and launch
2.    Project planning
3.    Project execution
4.    Project Monitoring and supervision
5.    Project conclusion

and 9 areas of knowledge:

1.    Project integration
2.    Project scope
3.    Time management
4.    Costs management
5.    Quality management
6.    Human Resource management
7.    Communication management
8.    Risk management
9.    Supply management (procurement, contracts)

Projects at CRMT encompass all the listed groups of processes. Individual processes and activities within proceses are adapted with best practices of CRMT's experts, according to the project lifecycle.
