ADVANTAGES FOR FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY
Telekom,  in its the development strategy for business storage has foreseen the integration of four basic systems that will provide content for the company's operating policy to customers and also the basis for the addition of new content. These are the ERP and CRM systems, which was upgraded with the system, its new user error system for control of resources and a new billing system. This way, they wish to establish a comprehensive management system and customer network in terms of both revenue and costs as well as quality of service or control of malfunctions in the network.
