Bank Controlling 3: Cost of processes and results by customer

Summary

Costing process is a method to determine the cost price of the work processes in the bank (and in other organizations). The method that we present is known as Activity Based Costing.  It can be used to calculate the cost price of general internal services. It is also possible to calculate their own costs of the services that they provide to their customers and the method (may be) the substitute for the calculation. Compared with the latter is perhaps more straightforward, but also less accurate. In each case, it is a project which should include all parts of the bank's operations.
