Summary

Have we already pulled out of the global economic crisis? Is our business going to survive? Should we have the goal only to survive? To survive is certainly necessary, but we should aim to rank among the best! Crisis is the best opportunity for changes; we only need to take advantage of it. Is there courage to do so? Is there a known route?
Examples of good manufacturing practices confirmed that Operational excellence that is the right way. The best companies, the so-called "World Class Manufacturing" firms realize that it is not everything in "hard" tools to increase productivity. Foundations should be built with the leadership at all levels, team work and continuous progress. Seminar will we will present World Class Manufacturing approach and some of the tools for improvement of business efficiency and effectiveness. The implementation approach will depend on the level of maturity of the organizational culture.
