Employees and their ability to quickly change and adapt the concept of a modern and efficient are a key competitive advantage of the company. This provides a realization of the set objectives and long-term existence.

Controller as a navigator is very desirable in this "difficult" sales field as here transparent information for business decisions is needed. It is necessary to identify key business objectives, detailed knowledge of production and sales program and its structure, to establish an appropriate organizational scheme and effective sales organization.

Controllers which have eyes and ears (always) also on the market are very wanted in this period.This workshop belongs to the concept of upgrading Controlling (Controlling Advanced Program). It is designed for those who trust in the practice of effective and proven methods of controlling.
