Tagetik ranked #1 in 2011 BPM PULSE Survey Results

Stamford, CT and Lucca, Italy – October 20, 2011 – Tagetik, a global provider of enterprise software solutions for Performance Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance and Business Intelligence, today announced that it has been rated #1 according to overall customer satisfaction per vendor in the “2011 BPM PulseTM Survey Results” and related Competitor Review. This year’s theme was: “The Quest for the Holy Grail of Performance Management”.

This independent report by BPM Partners, the leading independent authority on business performance management (BPM) solutions (www.bpmpartners.com), was conducted through an Internet-based survey from October, 2010 through March, 2011. The survey, now in its ninth year, includes input from hundreds of BPM end users from around the world and across all industries (in total, 360 valid responses were received). The purpose of the survey was to identify important trends in business performance management as well as specific perceptions of product vendors and service providers.
