School of Controlling
School of Controlling is a holistic educational program in the field of controlling and management. Its goal is to educate key employees from different companies, non-profit organizations and public administration.
This certified program is developed on the basis of Controller Akademie from Germany, leading institution in the field of controlling in Europe.
The main point of our School of Controlling is to combine theory and practice. Case studies, problem solving, seminars and exercises represent 40 % of the program.
Participants get to know controlling, its methods and controller’s work in practice.
Program of School of Controlling is divided into four modules:
- Basis of controlling and cost management
- Operating profit and controlling tools
- Calculations and results for products and services
- Implementation of controlling and its upgrade
