The institute has in its program comprehensive and specialized training grouped into School of Controlling and School of Business Intelligence. We also provide tailored education and training on your location.

CRMT is a member of IGC as we are trying to keep our educational programs in accordance with European best business practices and trends in the field of controlling and corporate performance management.

Include seminars for controllers, managers and those specialists that are not controllers themselves but they work with them and they need to know basic ideas of controlling. Moreover we offer specific, intensive seminars in the field of controlling, accounting and business intelligence for various business users. Content is focused on chosen and agreed subject.  Participants also receive professional working papers.

Are aimed to train employees to be able to develop and implement projects such as implementation of controlling with appropriate IT support, define an organizational structure (profit and cost centers), reporting, calculations improvement, management performance processes. As well we can help you with company’s strategy or  budgeting (strategic and operational) system.

We prepare seminars and workshops according to the individual needs of our clients. Seminars usually take two to three days of intensive work. We can also arrange individual trainings where solution to specific problem or execution of specific project is presented.

Our lecturers and trainers come from practice and are specialist on their field. They teach practical knowledge and methods that have already been tested in practice. For lecturing they use Power Point presentations and they normally prepare individual and team exercises. Seminars always include case studies, introduction of best practices, role playing etc. where participants solve problems from their everyday work practice. Some workshops additionally include virtual classroom.

Participants receive professional working materials, PowerPoint presentations, exercises and solutions for them. Some materials are only in electronic version and are given to participant on seminar or sent to them in advance.

Our seminars are in Slovene, English or Croatian.
