Controlling in non-profit organizations

Nowdays controlling is also needed by Slovenian non-profit organizations such as clinics, hospitals, kindergartens, schools and other institutions, municipalities, public administration etc. Controlling is primary needed for their existence and as well for their growth and development. Decision-making by instinct is part of the past!

Required quality and efficient operation of non-profit organizations is feasible only with the simultaneous introduction of quality and cost controlling. Controlling processes and controlling the results should be introduced in all areas of non-profit organizations. Even in practice, non-profit organizations already successfully implemented these models, both abroad and in Slovenia.
