CRMT provides continuous technical support with the help of the RcG Assist application. RcG Assist is a web based application for planning, executing, managing, monitoring and analyzing support services. The application is intended for the logging and resolving of possible errors or problems in the funcioning of particular solutions in production or under support, as well as ongoing implementations.
