Markets change, your products go through their lifecycles and evolve and your sales and markeitng organization strives to respond efficiently to the new dynamics. Numerous questions need to be answered in this process:
-    are my marketing methods efficient and do I need to introduce new sales and marketing approaches?
-    how well do I know and control my product line?
-    is my organization aligned to respond quickly to the challenges in the marketplace?
-    is my salesforce efficient and well coordinated with other functions in the organization?
