Poslovno obveščanje daje odgovore za izboljšanje poslovne učinkovitosti in povečanje prihodkov
Ljubljanska izvedba 5. BI Konference »BI or not BI« je pokazala, da se v slovenskih podjetjih najbolj povečuje uporaba informacijskih rešitev za poslovno obveščanje pri trženju in kontrolingu v finančnih, trgovskih in telekomunikacijskih podjetjih, ki delujejo na segmentu široke potrošnje.
ZAGREB, LJUBLJANA, 17. 3. 2010 – Podjetje CRMT d.o.o., vodilni regijski ponudnik informacijskih rešitev za poslovno obveščanje, je 16. marca v Zagrebu in 17. marca v Ljubljani priredilo tradicionalno strokovno konferenco o trendih na področju poslovnega obveščanja (Business Intelligence). 5. BI Konferenca »BI or not BI«, ki je podala presek stanja na področju BI v regiji in svetu, se je skupno udeležilo 250 menedžerjev in strokovnjakov s področja kontrolinga, trženja, finančnega računovodstva ter informacijskih tehnologij. Na konferenci so sodelovali strokovnjaki iz Slovenije, Nizozemske, Luxemburga, ZDA in Velike Britanije. Poleg najsodobnejših informacijskih rešitev so predstavili dobre prakse uporabe poslovnega obveščanja na različnih poslovnih področjih in gospodarskih panogah, vključno s konkretnimi primeri uporabe v Banki Koper, Banki Sparkasse in SKB.
BI Konfrenca „BI or not BI“ je podala celovit pregled nad problematiko poslovnega odločanja. Izpostavljena je bila prednost razvoja poslovnega odločanja skozi t.i. zrelostni model ter smernice njegovega razvoja z vidika novih tehnologij in procesov. Napredni uporabniki rešitev poslovnega odločanja iz bančnega sektorja so predstavili uspešne projekte izgradnje poslovnega skladišča ter uporabe pri kontrolingu, finančnem računovodstvu in strateškem trženju. Ugledni tuji strokovnjaki so podali zadnje trende pri rešitvah poslovnega odločanja na področju trženja, na primer za izvajanje akcij zadrževanja strank na osnovi napovedovanja izgube strank ter za obvladovanje trženjskih akcij v smeri interaktivnega trženja.
Vsem udeležencem 5. Konference BI or not BI se zahvaljujemo za udeležbo in sodelovanje. Prvi odmevi po konferenci so odlični, kar nas veseli, saj je to znak, da smo na pravi poti. Obljubimo vam, da se bomo še naprej trudili in vam pomagali na vaši poti do še večjega poslovnega uspeha.

Maja Trevendirektorica oddelka Strategija in marketinške raziskave, SKB d.d.Maja Treven, diplomirana univerzitetna ekonomistka je zaposlena v banki SKB od leta 1998. Svojo poslovno pot v banki je začela kot razvojni tehnolog predvsem za področje aktivnih bančnih poslov, nadaljevala kot poslovni analitik pri razvoju in zamenjavi bančnega informacijskega sistema ter nadalje kot projektni vodja številnih obsežnih strateških bančnih projektov (od prenove bančnega informacijskega sistema, uvedbe mednarodnih računovodskih standardov, ipd.).

Znan je kot odličen predavatelj na različnih konferencah in vodja izobraževalnih tečajev s področja BI orodij. Je tudi avtor različnih strokovnih člankov s področja BI. Namen vizualizacije je jasen, učinkovit, grafični prikaz podatkov. Vizualizacija ni potrebo, da je zapletena, da doseže svoj učinek. Za učinkovit prikaz podatkov, informacij moramo upoštevati tako estetiko kot funkcionalnost, kajti le na ta način bomo dobili uporabne analize, ki bodo povedale več kot le dolgočasne in nepregledne tabele. S tem omogočajo uporabo razvijalcem in poslovnim analitikom splošnih poslovnih izrazov, ki v ozadju skrivajo fizične meta podatke o virih, tabelah, kolonah.
