At this year’s Exasol Xperience 2025, our colleagues Slavko Kastelic and Goran Malić explored how Exasol is addressing the top challenges in today’s data landscape.

The focus? AI performance and data sovereignty. Exasol impressed with lightning-fast response times for even the most complex LLM use cases—at significantly lower costs than traditional solutions. Another hot topic was data repatriation: with over 90% of companies now rethinking cloud dependencies, Exasol offers full data control without compromising speed.

CRMT’s Daniel Potočnik and Slavko Kastelic recently attended SAS Innovate on Tour 2025 at the iconic Autodromo Nazionale Monza. In a setting where every second counts, they drew inspiration from former F1 driver Giancarlo Fisichella, who shared insights on determination, speed, and strategic thinking—values that align closely with advanced analytics. A big thank you to the SAS team for the invitation and the chance to connect with partners from across the CEE region.

“How do we lead in a world that’s increasingly unpredictable and unclear?” That was the central question at this year’s MQ Conference: Nadarjeni za uspeh, where CRMT proudly supported long-time partner Združenje Manager. Our colleagues Jan Markun and Darko Andrejić joined discussions on leadership, character, and talent—exploring how to lead with agility, connect with Gen Z, and turn setbacks into stepping stones.

Key takeaway: Talent alone isn’t enough. It takes experience—and courage.

CRMT’s Tadej Kreča and Darko Andrejić joined the SBC community for a relaxed summer gathering at the iconic Crystal Hall of Kempinski Palace Portorož. In a more informal setting, the evening was a great opportunity to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, exchange fresh ideas, and reflect on the shared future of Slovenian business.

At this year’s CRMT picnic, our team took a break from defining controlling standards and project plans, instead, we set new benchmarks in parking, sparked lively debates, and directed more than a few footballs across (or into) the net. ⚽

The ROI? Off the charts, especially in laughter. We’re already looking forward to the next round!

At this year’s Management Congress, CRMT was represented by co-founder and CFO Daniel Potočnik and Head of Sales Darko Andrejić.
