The association encourages ethical behaviour in management through the Code of Ethics of the Managers’ Association of Slovenia and provides resources such as leadership manuals.

It hosts over 20 professional events annually, publishes educational materials, and builds a comprehensive knowledge base. Its efforts also include strategic projects and recognition programs for outstanding managers.
