The partnership between Merkur and CRMT was forged to address the intricate challenges Merkur faced in its commercial and financial planning processes. The primary objective was implementing a cohesive, integrated planning strategy using the CCH Tagetik solution to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and market adaptability.

- Integration and Centralization: By deploying the CCH Tagetik platform, we established a unified system for Merkur’s financial and commercial planning, creating a single source of truth for financial data.
- Efficiency Gains: The implementation led to substantial improvements in Merkur’s operational efficiency, including a reduction in the financial planning cycle from 21 to 14 days, commercial planning cycle from 13 to 8 days, dynamic plan calculation time from 10 hours to 3 hours, and data transfer to the Data Warehouse from 1 day to 2 hours.
