Artificial intelligence is changing how organisations work. However, reaching real AI success takes more than just great ideas. It requires strong performance, control, governance, and predictable costs. Join us to explore practical ways to achieve this, including data repatriation strategies and a universal semantic layer that simplifies and accelerates your data-driven decisions.
A day of insight and exchange
Join us on December 2nd at Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons for expert talks, real-world examples, and actionable strategies to make your data truly AI-ready.
This event will demonstrate how to take control by building an AI-ready data architecture that strikes a balance between speed, cost, and governance. And because great ideas often emerge outside the meeting room, there will be plenty of time for valuable networking with peers and technology partners.

Designed for business and technology decision-makers: CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, and Data & Analytics Leaders
Why You Should Be There
This is not another generic AI event.
It’s a focused, one-day program where decision-makers will gain clarity on how to:
- Make AI outcomes trustworthy and auditable
- Control costs through smarter data architecture choices
- Navigate the shift from public cloud to hybrid strategies
- Build a foundation that supports—not undermines—your AI ambitions
A must-attend for Power BI, Qlik, and Tableau leaders:
If your company uses Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau, you’ll want to hear this. These tools are excellent for reporting and dashboards, but their built-in semantic layers can’t keep up with today’s AI and advanced analytics needs. Discover how an AI-powered universal semantic layer, built with Strategy Mosaic, can connect all your data sources, speed up insights, and help you make smarter business decisions faster.

Seats are limited.
Secure your place and make sure your company is ready for the AI era.
Three Pillars of AI-ready Data
At the core of every successful AI initiative are three strategic foundations:
Universal Semantic Layer
A single source of truth that unifies business metrics and eliminates “AI hallucinations.”
Data Sovereignty & Repatriation
Keep sensitive data under the right jurisdiction, reduce cloud dependency, and bring workloads back in-house when it drives efficiency and trust.
Data Governance
A framework of processes, roles, and responsibilities that ensures quality, compliance, and trust across the entire data lifecycle.
These pillars are not theory. They are already shaping how leading organisations prepare for an AI-driven future.
Agenda:

8:15 - 9:00: Welcome Coffee and Registration
9:00 - 9:30: Opening Keynote: The Hidden Risks Behind AI: Why Architecture Is the Key to Trust and Control
Speaker: Slavko Kastelic, CRMT: Generative and agentic AI are transforming business at speed, but they also raise new risks around data access and location. More about the keynote »
Since 2022, generative and agentic AI (GenAI, Agentic AI) have moved from research labs into everyday business. These technologies are designed for everyone in the enterprise without requiring deep technical skills or lengthy onboarding, which makes them powerful accelerators of productivity and automation. Their broad accessibility also introduces new risks.
This keynote highlights two critical areas that have become especially important as AI adoption accelerates:
1. Data Access: The Universal Semantic Layer
AI agents are highly capable. Without proper control, they can autonomously access, link, and move data across the enterprise, automatically and without human oversight. This creates tangible risks of data leakage, regulatory breaches, and unexpected costs.
The answer is a universal semantic layer: a controlled environment that centrally governs meaning, access, policies, and reuse of data objects for people, applications, and agents. It should support modeling and analytics with built-in AI capabilities while acting as a firewall that ensures AI agents only access what is permitted, traceable, and compliant.
Beyond risk mitigation, the universal semantic layer addresses the complexity of existing BI infrastructures. Large enterprises typically run multiple data sources and several BI tools, each with its own limited semantic layer. This leads to duplicated business logic and inconsistent definitions. Adding GenAI access multiplies entry points and increases chaos. A universal semantic layer unifies business models and access across tools, allowing organizations to retain and extend current BI investments at significantly lower cost.
2. Data Location: Data Repatriation
AI requires powerful servers, and enterprises must ensure secure access and compliance. With rising cloud costs, fluctuating capacity at hyperscalers, and tightening regulations around privacy and security, many organizations are moving workloads back on-premises or to local providers. This trend, known as data repatriation, aims to balance cloud flexibility with the control provided by private infrastructure.
This keynote sets the stage for the day: trusted AI outcomes require not only powerful algorithms but also a robust data architecture built on semantic consistency, sovereignty, and governance.
9:30 - 10:15: Universal Semantic Layer: The Key to Consistent and Trusted Data
