The workshop was aimed to address the significance of quality data in data-driven companies, particularly in light of the challenges faced during the pandemic. It was designed for various employees, including business analysts, data stewards, IT engineers, and business users, to collaborate and improve data quality and trust. Focusing on customer data and user experience, the workshop emphasized the importance of regularly updating customer data to ensure customer satisfaction. Attendees learned how different departments, such as customer support specialists, business analysts, data engineers, data stewards, and IT engineers, can work together to ensure accurate data. It provided valuable insights, enabling attendees to make raw data analytics-ready, create reusable pipelines to extract and transform data from any source, and design pipelines in batch or streaming using an easy, visual UI.
